Pre-launch franchisee support and training
We work closely with all our new franchisees through every stage in their journey, from the legal and financial aspects, business planning, marketing, PR and full launch programme. It doesn't end there!
Post launch we offer a six month marketing support programme, designed to help you with your first marketing campaigns, and digital marketing tools including full training and support for our brand new franchisee management portal.
Our two part residential training programme covers every aspect of running a Business Doctor franchise and will equip franchisees with our proven franchisee model. Franchisees leave part one with all the basic training required to set up their new business. Part two occurs six weeks later to enable us to recap and offer additional advice and support.

Business Doctors is a collaborative network and with over 40 established Business Doctors, help and support is never far away.
Our field support manager meets up with all new franchisees on a monthly basis and quarterly after six months. These meetings provide an opportunity for you to discuss your business plans, progress and any challenges you may have.
